In my previous comment I meant MIddleburg, Virginia and not Kentucky. Margaret Ball Downman was a cousin of Esther Ball and Mary Ball. Mary was the mother of George Washington.

Zeley Reno married Mary Chinn at the home of her father Charles Chinn in what is now Middleburg, Kentucky. This house still survives to this day. Charles Chinn was one of the key landowners around Middlesburg, Virginia. He is the oldest son of Rawleigh Chinn and his mistress Margaret Ball Downman.

This is really Scytha or Sytha Jones. She was the daughter of Zeley Reno and Mary Chinn. Her son is Bayless not Bules as noted. Her husband Marshall Jones died shortly after this census.

Charles Chinn was the illegitimate son of Rawleigh Chinn and Margaret Ball. Rawleigh had married Margaret's cousin Esther Ball. Esther and Rawleigh's public feuding scandalized the Northern Neck of Virginia during the early 1700s. Margaret and Esther shared the same grandfather of George Washington.
