Chileab Billings, Justice of Peace--grandfather of Frank Billings Kellogg

This is the grandfather of Frank Billings Kellogg, winner of 1929 Nobel Peace Prize and co-author of Kellogg-Briand Peace Pact, 1928, and former Secretary of State. Chileab is also a direct ancestor of my grandchildren!
