ShareNatchez District Inhabitants Finally Vindicated after 230 Years!
Many books have described the inhabitants of the Natchez District as being mostly Loyalists or Tories, especially since many of them fled to this area when the war broke out. However, this letter to the Continental Congress in 1778 states otherwise.
